+ WAITING TIME
The design process does not begin until I have received back the design questionnaire and payment. To hold your spot payment is required upfront. The majority of orders are completed in 6 working days, usually a lot sooner. I will advise you of your place in the queue but if you would like to fast track your blog design order you can for an additional £15. This will ensure your first blog design mock is ready either within two working days.
It is really important for you to fill out the design questionnaire with as much detail as possible. I realise that opinions do sometimes change and have included 2 revisions free in all designs. Please note these are changes to the existing design. If you would like a completely new design there will be an additional cost.
+ COPYRIGHT AND DESIGN CREDIT
Designs/illustrations may not be copied or shared in any way, shape or form. Furthermore below your blog design there will be a credit back to this website that says 'BLOG DESIGN BY ALEELILYDESIGNS' this must remain on your blog for as long as you use my template. If you wish to remove this footer please contact me regarding the fee for this.
There are strictly no refunds due to the nature of the item and the time it takes to design. Rest assured we will work together to form a blog design or logo that is perfect for you.
Currently, communication is through email only. I hope to add a blog design consultation service over the phone soon. Please reply to emails in a timely manner. If I haven't heard anything for two weeks without prior notice you may lose your place in the queue.
I may use a screenshot of your blog design for my portfolio.
